Somatic Grief Meditation
As we enter a new era of our lives during Covid 19, there may be a lot of heavy or outdated emotions that are triggered. We may experience loss of income, loss of connection, loss of a job and we may fear losing a loved one. We may want to suppress these emotions or sweep them under the rug, but this is the time to allow yourself to feel into and identify emotions that may be arising for you. This meditation is based on the book 90 Seconds to a Life You Love: How to Master Your Difficult Feelings to Cultivate Lasting Confidence, Resilience, and Authenticity.
While I have never read this book, it is on my bucket list to read. I based this meditation practice on the work of Joan Rosenburg, Phd. to work with our grief and to find forgiveness.
I believe deeply that we can write our story and dream our reality. We can access within ourselves forgiveness and freedom to architect a new life in a new way. Enjoy!
